Q q
“The queen quoth her question — quick, be quit of quibbling!”
In English, words beginning with ‘Q’ invariably contain ‘u’ as
their second letter. Although many letters have ‘preferred
partners’ in this way, only ‘Q’ prefers a single
partner without exception. This implies a constant linkage with
all that is universal. There is the further implication of parting,
or distinction as discussed in ‘C’.
In Hebrew, the letter qoaf is associated with ‘behind
the head’ or the back of the head — the direction which
is unseen. ‘Q’ indicates slight or minute things and
events, or things and events which exist in an unseen dimension,
such as a question. This word, in particular, stands as the most
significant of the ‘q-words’. It implies an adventure
organized for a great purpose, and the ‘-ion’ suffix
indicates the seeking of resolution, ‘I am actively
engaged in (a quest)’ and ‘an
eye, on (awakening or awake)’.
The implication of the majuscule is ‘something being communicated
from the source’ — a circle who’s tail descends
into a ‘lower realm’. This shape is also
indicative of ‘a Queen’ — a female soveriegn
who bears a sceptre. The miniscule is similar, but
the tail is a downward stroke, rather than a curve.
Another meaning which I find great value in, is ‘a circle giving
birth to a rod’. A woman, giving birth to a man. Her womb contains
the egg, or circle, which, when penetrated by a sort of ‘flying
snake’, gives birth to either another circle (a woman) or a rod
(a man). What is the purpose of the man? Why, to unite two lineages
of mothers, of course!
